Bylaw

The Bylaw Committee is responsible for the inspection, review and maintenance of the Chapter’s Bylaws. This includes the maintenance of all Bylaw changes submitted by the National Association and recommendations to the membership to ensure the integrity of the Chapter's charter document. In addition, the committee may make recommendations to the membership providing guidelines for future committee operation to be added to the Chapter's Standing Rules.

Any member, held in good standing, may be appointed by the President to represent the Chapter on this committee. Although the size of the committee is at the discretion of the President, the practice has been to appoint a minimum of three (3) members.

Each year, after the committee seats have been filled, the committee members shall appoint a Chairperson to represent their committee and provide a verbal report to the membership at a general membership meeting.
